By using Wordiloo (https://www.wordiloo.com/), published by Just Color, you accept the terms below. They are deliberately short and simple.
1. The service
Wordiloo offers free word games for children: puzzles to print, to play online or to make with your own word list. The site can be used without signing up. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, in particular for maintenance.
2. Using the puzzles
- Personal and family use: free of charge, no permission needed.
- Educational use (classroom, homeschooling, after-school programs, libraries, speech therapy): you may print and photocopy the puzzles for your students or participants.
- Not allowed: reselling the puzzles (printed or digital), republishing them online (website, app, worksheet-sharing platform), removing the site's name, or using them to train an automated service.
- For any other use (publishing, press, commercial use), ask us.
3. Member account
The account is free and optional. It must be created by an adult, or by a child with a parent's permission (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend an account used abusively (mass mailing, inappropriate content). You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
4. Custom puzzles and sending by email
The puzzles you make remain private: only people you give the link to can access them. You agree not to include offensive, hateful or unlawful words; a filter removes inappropriate words and we may delete a reported puzzle. Sending a puzzle by email is reserved for recipients who expect it (a parent, a student, a colleague), never for marketing.
5. Links to other sites
The site offers links to partner sites (Just Color, Poésies 123) and, where applicable, to other sites. Their content and practices are the responsibility of their publishers.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and error-free, but cannot guarantee it. The puzzles are a tool for play and learning: they do not replace an adult's guidance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a problem arises, please contact us first: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
